Getting Started with Your Monument Purchase
We are here to assist you at every step in selecting and purchasing a monument that beautifully commemorates the life of your loved one or yourself. Our process ensures you receive a personalized and meaningful memorial that honors the memory of those you hold dear.
Step 1: Make an Appointment
While appointments are not mandatory, we recommend scheduling one to ensure a dedicated team member can assist you with your monument purchase. To set up your appointment, please select your preferred location, and we will be ready to provide you with expert guidance.
Step 2: Select Size, Style, and Color
Our monuments are available in various sizes, styles, and colors. You can explore numerous examples in our showrooms at each location or browse your options online. For pricing information, please feel free to contact us, and we will be happy to assist you in making your selection.
Step 3: Build a Design
Our experienced sales associates will collaborate with you to design a monument uniquely tailored to your preferences and those of your loved ones. You can customize your memorial with various design options to create a lasting tribute that captures the essence of the person it commemorates.
Step 4: Approve Design
Once we have drafted a contract and crafted a design based on your specifications, we will allow you to review both for final approval. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Step 5: Downpayment
After the contract and design have been finalized, a downpayment of half the total cost is requested. The remaining balance will be invoiced to you upon completion.
Step 6: Order Monument
Upon completing the contract, design, and downpayment, we will initiate the order for your monument. Please note that the delivery time for monuments not in stock can take up to 3-6 months.
Step 7: Set Monument
Once your monument arrives, we will coordinate directly with the cemetery to ensure the proper placement of your stone.
Step 8: Order Completion
After your monument is set, we will provide you with a photo of the completed monument and the final invoice. Payment can be made via check, over the phone with a card, or in person, whichever method is most convenient for you.
Step 9: Inscription
For preplanned monuments, a passing date will eventually need to be inscribed on the memorial. When the time comes, a loved one may contact us to arrange this addition. Please note that the cost of the inscription is not included in the original contract.
